We're hosting Nevermore on May 30th at The Evermore Venue - a gothic romance ball celebrating dark literature, Victorian elegance, and moody atmospheric vibes. We're curating a vendor and author lineup that fits the aesthetic and adds to the experience.

Here's what you need to know

Our guests are dark romance readers, gothic literature lovers, and people who appreciate immersive themed events. They're showing up in floor-length velvet gowns and Victorian suits for live music, poetry readings, dancing, and crafts. The whole night is moody, romantic, and elegant.

The aesthetic is gothic romance. Blacks, deep purples, burgundy reds, lots of candles, books, ravens, Victorian details. Your booth should fit this vibe. Bring what you have - dark tablecloths, flameless candles, gold accents, vintage books as props, moody lighting. We'll also have extra decor available if you need to borrow anything for your setup.

Vendor fee is $50 per booth.
That money goes directly into paid advertising to drive more people to the event. You'll also get a social media shoutout from us, your logo on the event website, and a media kit with graphics and posts you can share to help spread the word.

You'll need to bring your own table and setup. We're looking for vendors who fit the gothic aesthetic - dark jewelry, candles, art, bookish items, vintage finds, gothic fashion. We especially love interactive elements like live demonstrations, hands on creating, performances, or experiences that add to the atmosphere.

For authors: we're focusing on paranormal, mystery/horror, gothic romance, dark romance, romantasy, and paranormal romance. You'll have the VIP hour (7-8pm) to do meet and greets, readings, and book signings.
